Fruits-vegetables shelving, Kazakhstan

4RM, in collaboration with a partner, implemented a project to equip the fresh produce section for one of the retail locations in the Kazakhstani market. The layout solutions and concept for the retail area were developed by Severconcept LLC. The 4RM shelving systems supplied as part of the project created a visually appealing and functional retail space.

Solutions

The goal was to create a premium yet functional display area for fresh fruits and vegetables. The layout solutions developed by Severconcept LLC allowed for the most effective use of the modularity of the 4RM systems. Specialized 4RM equipment enabled the creation of a retail area for the effective display and storage of fruits and vegetables using wall shelving and display baskets.

4RM wall shelving for fruits and vegetables ensured optimal product visibility. It was designed with ease of assembly in mind, which facilitated transportation and installation. Shelving with wire shelves allowed for the efficient organization of storage for various types of fruits and vegetables. The open-style storage with adjustable-angle shelves featuring barriers ensured easy access to the products. Wooden boxes were installed as an option. The shelving base is clad with decorative metal panels accented by wooden slats, which helped maintain the aesthetic design of the retail space.

Additionally, fruit and vegetable display baskets were installed in the sales area. The modular, collapsible design allowed the space to be adapted to the facility’s needs, as the sections of this shelving can be used as standalone units or as part of a configuration comprising multiple modules.

Each module was equipped with a multibar shelf that can be adjusted in height, allowing for the optimal placement of various types of fruits and vegetables depending on their sizes and shapes.

In this project, the client organized the sorting of products by type using natural wood boxes. As an alternative to this design, 4RM offers an additional accessory in the form of a solid metal shelf and wire dividers for effective sorting and organization of goods.

Result

Retail equipment from the Belarusian manufacturer 4RM for the fruit and vegetable section ensured not only visual appeal but also convenient product display and easy access to the goods.
