4RM is a division of 1AK-GROUP Holding, specializing in the production of retail equipment and software development based on AI and computer vision. We integrate checkouts, mailboxes, platforms and analytics into a single digital architecture - from the retail outlet to urban infrastructure.

The division is organized into four key business units:

4RM Systems - a high-tech factory in Vitebsk producing retail equipment: from checkout areas and self-service solutions to postmats, specialized counters and click&collect formats;
Freor Refrigeration - a Belarusian refrigeration equipment plant specializing in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for retail and HoReCa, production is located in Stolbtsy (Minsk region);
4RM Tech - in-house software development, including STEMMA platform, AI modules, machine vision and digital analytics solutions, development of operating systems for retail. 4RM Tech is the technological foundation of the division, ensuring its development as an ecosystem provider of solutions for digital trade, logistics and urban infrastructure.
4RM Trading - responsible for sales strategy and distribution development. The division forms dealer and partner policy, coordinates work with clients and markets in the CIS, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. It includes representative offices in Minsk, Moscow and Almaty.

Our solutions from classics to innovations:

Within the 4RM division, a production portfolio of equipment, which has already become a classic, has been formed covering key areas of retail infrastructure - from checkout areas and self-service to refrigeration and automated points of dispensing.

The product line is built on a modular principle and includes both separate categories of equipment and ready-made solutions “turnkey”.

Checkout areas and checkout lines are manufactured at the 4RM Systems plant and are represented in the MEGA and NOVA brands. These solutions are adapted for different trade formats - from hypermarkets to convenience stores - and include boxes with conveyors, built-in modules for POS, terminals, scales and furniture of the checkout area.

Self-checkout (SCO) systems are represented by LEDA, Base SCO, ROTO and NOVA ROTO lines. They range from basic models to hybrid AI-cash registers with switching between cashier and self-service checkout modes. All modules are compatible with STEMMA, SOVA software, support integration with video surveillance, sensorics, antifraud and machine vision systems.

Refrigerated showcases, dispensers, cabinets, chests and bonnets are produced by Freor factory. Modern refrigerants are used (CO₂, R290), energy-saving LED lighting and intelligent temperature control. The equipment is certified for use in EU countries and adapted to CIS standards.

Shelving systems are represented by KM, FS series and island formats. These are universal solutions for displaying categorized goods: bread, vegetables, alcohol, pharmacy, checkout products. Shelving is modular, easily configurable, with the possibility of mounting for digital signage and navigation systems.

Mailing machines and click&collect zones are a separate direction of 4RM Systems production. The equipment is adapted for indoor and outdoor placement, is protected from vandalism and weather effects, can be customized for corporate colors and IT-infrastructure of the customer, as well as supplied with LOCCA software.

On the basis of the above lines 4RM realizes ready-made solutions for retail formats: gas station, minimarket, convenience store, pharmacy, food-corner, shopping pavilion, street-retail and others. The package includes development of brand book and planograms, production of equipment, software, implementation support and adaptation to the retail space, in compliance with industry and sanitary requirements.

Global presence

4RM solutions are presented in the markets of Belarus, Russia, CIS countries, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. We work in the segments of food and specialty retail, DIY, HoReCa, street-retail, as well as in urban infrastructure, logistics and e-commerce projects.
