Green, Chervensky center, Belarus

Recently, the 4RM Systems team has completed an impressive project: equipping a 7000 sq.m. hypermarket with retail equipment. This is Green in the Chervensky shopping mall, a long-awaited store for Minsk citizens and in many ways a landmark for the city.

Since 2015, 4RM has been implementing turnkey projects in the CIS, Caucasus, and Central Asia markets, so this was not the first project of this scale for us.

Based on the developed 3D model, we proposed variants of equipment arrangement and zoning of the store. 

Commercial shelving rows are formed of shelving systems with a relief middle wall, which allows to get additional space on the shelves without increasing the overall dimensions of the shelving and without reducing the width of the aisle. 

For most shelving, the option of reinforcing with an internal front upright was chosen. This is an additional rack that helps shelving remain stable even at maximum load, while not reducing usable space in the first row, providing a 1-2 SKU gain in faceting. 

The liquor area utilizes both standard high stability wall shelving and radial island shelving to provide clear display and easy access to beverages.

For the checkout area, we proposed a transitional phase of checkout counters between the Mega and Nova ranges. The ergonomically designed cash boxes are equipped with stainless steel conveyor ends, which provide reliable protection of the structure and its durability. The modular design allows for easy transportation and assembly of the checkout counters directly at store build-out.
