4RM Refrigeration - refrigeration equipment manufacturing plant joined the structure of the Belarusian manufacturer 4RM

In 2025, the refrigeration equipment manufacturing plant 4RM Refrigeration (“Freor Refrigeration” LLC) became a  part of the 4RM division, the Belarusian holding company 1AK-GROUP. The integration became a logical stage in the development of 4RM and strengthened its position in the segment of complex solutions for retail.

The 4RM division unites the production of retail equipment, refrigeration systems and software solutions for retail. It consists of two production sites: a trading equipment plant 4RM Systems LLC (4RM Systems) and refrigeration equipment manufacturer 4RM Refrigeration LLC (4RM Refrigeration), as well as 4RM Tech, specializing in the development of digital and AI solutions for retail, including STEMMA software modules.

Production base and geography

4RM's production facilities are located in the Republic of Belarus. The total production area is about 40 thousand m², the number of employees of two factories exceeds 500 people.

4RM operates on the markets of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Eastern Europe. The export share in the sales structure exceeds 70%.

The division's product portfolio covers key elements of the retail space: shelving systems, checkout counters and SSC, weighing equipment, refrigerated and freezer showcases, mailboxes, as well as software solutions for trade process management and data analysis.

Refrigeration equipment: focus on efficiency and sustainability

Factory 4RM Refrigeration (LLC “Freor Refrigeration”) specializes in the development and production of refrigeration equipment for Retail and HoReCa. The products meet the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union and international quality standards.

 A special emphasis in the manufactured equipment is made on energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Natural refrigerants are used in the equipment to reduce carbon footprint without compromising reliability and performance. The solutions are designed to meet the real life conditions in the retail environment and the requirements of chain operators, from minimarkets to large supermarkets.

Joining 4RM Refrigeration to the 4RM division reflects the company's strategic course on creation of integrated solutions for modern retailing. It is about moving to a comprehensive model: shelving, checkouts and checkout areas, refrigeration equipment, digital tools and analytics are designed as parts of a single system.
