LOCCA Home is a software module designed to facilitate 24/7 delivery in residential neighborhoods. Residents reserve lockers through the system interface, and couriers receive controlled access to deliver packages.
Parcel lockers are installed during the construction phase of a residential complex or integrated into existing infrastructure.
Each resident can rent or reserve a locker for a specific period and share a digital access code with the courier. This way, delivery is no longer dependent on when the resident is home: the courier leaves the package in the locker, and the resident picks it up at their convenience. The operating model is similar to car-sharing services—only in the form of “locker sharing.”
Problems it solves:
- Being tied to delivery times - needing to be at home when the courier arrives.
- Repeated visits and delivery disruptions when the recipient is not there.
- Lack of infrastructure in residential areas for convenient pickup of orders.
- Uneven loading of couriers due to delivery time constraints.
- Low security of parcel storage with alternative methods (e.g., leaving with neighbors or concierge).
Value to businesses and residents:
- Convenience for residents - order can be picked up at any time of day.
- Cost reduction for courier services - no repeat deliveries.
- Flexibility of the model - reservation of cells on a time basis on the principle of shering services.
- Increased attractiveness of residential complexes - additional infrastructure increases the value of real estate.
- Transparency and security - digital access codes eliminate errors and unauthorized access.
- Scalability - installation of mailboxes is possible both in new residential complexes and in existing ones.
