Next-generation parcel lockers for housing estates

An innovative module of the LOCCA platform aimed at residential areas, neighborhoods and apartment buildings.

The parcel lockers are installed during the construction phase of a residential complex or integrated into the existing infrastructure.

Each resident has the opportunity to rent or reserve a box for a specific time and transmit a digital access code to the courier. Thus, delivery becomes independent of the time of presence at home: the courier leaves the parcel in the box, and the resident picks it up at a convenient moment. The model of work is close to carsharing services - only in the format of “cell shering”.
