Objectives of STEMMA anti-fraud software
STEMMA anti-fraud software allows you to:
- 1. analyze the purchase process in real time and react quickly to suspicious activities. Artificial intelligence detects the goods that the buyer scans, then automatically starts the process of comparison of the recognition result with the scanned barcode. In case of a mismatch, the system sends a notification to the security service or a consultant. You can configure the system so that in this case the purchase process will be blocked and the consultant confirmation will be required.
- 2. Automatically block the purchase process in case of suspicious behavior (e.g. scanning the same product several times, scanning a cheap product instead of an expensive one).
- 3. Track cashier behavior. Analyze cashiers' actions, to detect fraudulent schemes, such as deliberately mis-scanning or substituting items.
- 4. Obtain analytical data from which actions can be taken to improve security.
STEMMA anti-fraud easily integrates with other in-store systems for comprehensive protection. These measures reduce checkout fraud by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all transactions.
The main components of STEMMA anti-fraud
- Hardware (cameras, computers that collect and process data);
- software (algorithms and models that analyze data, make predictions and take decisions);
- interfaces (mechanisms for interacting with the user);
- data (information used to train and run the models, including images, videos, and other forms of data);
- infrastructure (servers, cloud services and networks that store, process and transmit data).
